I have never experienced being directly involved in making decisions for a loved one's homegoing service or final burial, and Mr. T. Byrd made this task a blessing, he went above and beyond the call of duty for my family, when my nephew died Mr. Byrd was there every step of the way, he answered every phone call, text, email, question, care or concern, he was professional and made sure that we were satisfied with every choice that we made, he even had wardrobe changes for my deceased nephew Laruntray "Jamel" Lampkin, he and his staff also color coordinated with the family they were impeccably dressed which touched our hearts, Mr. Byrd made the funeral procession before and afterwards (police escorted) easy and breezy we absolutely had nothing to worry about, he understood our pain and was a shoulder to lean on or I could just call him up and talk and he would listen. It has been almost 2 years that my nephew has left this earth and Mr. Byrd made sure that his homegoing service was classy, stylish and professional just like him. I would recommend the services to anyone who needs them.
